Food Plots

Get the plot ready before the window closes

A food plot that is still in brush does not get planted on time. Foil Land Services clears and grades hunting ground around Shelbyville so the seed has a chance.

Tucker looks at access, how overgrown the plot is, and what you want left around the edges. The estimate is free. You hear what it takes to get a plantable surface.

Plots pair naturally with land clearing, mulching, and light grading. We do not sell seed or plant for you. We get the ground ready so you can.

How it is priced. Quoted by plot size and how overgrown it is. Free estimate.

Questions

Food Plot Preparation questions we get asked

Do you plant the plot after you prep it?

No. We clear and grade. You handle seed, lime, and planting. If you want both done by one outfit, say so and we will tell you what we can take on.

How big of a plot will you work?

Small backyard plots and larger hunting-ground openings are both fair game. The quote follows the acres and how grown-in they are.

When should I call for fall plots?

Sooner than you think. If the plot is still in brush, it needs clearing time before you can plant. Call when you start thinking about it.

Can you open a new plot in timber?

Yes, when it fits the equipment and the access. That job often combines land clearing or mulching with the plot prep.
